On Sunday I will be cycling the Prudential London-Surrey 100 mile bike ride raising money for Asthma UK in support of Hampy and the girls, and in memory of Hazel. Family, friends and colleagues have generously helped my reach my sponsorship target, now it's down to me to put the miles in on Sunday.
